The concert Mother Power is dedicated to mothers, motherhood and the many threads that weave through the maternal experience.

The programme features art songs and duets that illuminate the warmth and protection of a mother's embrace, the soothing voice that rocks a child to sleep, and the rich spectrum of emotions that reside within a mother's heart. Here, care, tenderness, and pride meet with passion, fear, exhaustion, and even anger. The concert also gives voice to the woman herself - her desires, her vitality, and the life that exists beyond the roles she fulfills for others.

These themes are intertwined with songs celebrating spring, which since ancient times has symbolised fertility, renewal, and new beginnings. The concert is an ode to maternal love and to life as it grows and flourishes, much like the awakening of nature in spring.
