Footage
Event organisers must submit images in specific sizes to ensure that their events are published on harpa.is and tix.is. This requirement applies to all types of events, including those with ticket sales, events with free admission, and events offering free tickets.
If an event is not intended to be published on the Harpa website, only images for screens need to be submitted. Please see more details below.
Event page
Size: 1920 x 1080 pixels. The image will be displayed on the hapra.is and the Tix.is event page. It may include the event title or logo, or it can consist solely of visual content. This image will also appear in search results on Tix.is. Video Loop Specifications: You can also submit visual content as a video loop (MP4 format) with a size of 1280 x 720 pixels. The maximum length of the video loop is 10 seconds. Please note that sound cannot be included in these loops, and the frame rate must be set to 24 frames per second.
Tix event logo
Size: 1000x600 px (PNG) – This is optional if a logo is included. Please ensure that the logo is saved in PNG format with a transparent background. Ideally, the logo should be white or light-colored, especially if it will be displayed alongside text on the event page, as the background of the page is black.
Harpa hall screen
**Image for screens in front of hall on event day. Format: JPEG or 10-second MP4. Size: 1920 x 1080 px
Harpa Box Office screen
Image/Advertisement for screens above Harpa Box Office. Format: JPEG or 10-second MP4. Size: 1920 x 1080 px. Must include the event date and the hall's name.
Harpa information screen
Image in information screens on event day, size 331 x 157 px. Information screens are located on K1, K2 and the ground floor of Harpa and are intended for information for guests when they arrive at the building.
Please note that sponsor logos or similar are not permitted on indoor advertising in Harpa.
