The Cloak Room is located on K1. Clothes hangers are free of charge to guests at events in Harpa. Part of the hangers have a safety lock where a steel wire is slipped through the sleeve of the garment and snapped into a lock. Guests take the key with them and then leave it in the hanger after use.
We recommend taking a photo of the number of the coat hanger so that you don't forget the number.
Lost & Found items
All inquiries about lost & found items and lost keys should be sent in through the form and Harpa's staff will respond as soon as possible.
You can visit Harpa's Box Office, which is open from 10 am to 6 pm every weekday.
Items are kept for a month and then donated to charity. Found items can be picked up at Harpa´s Box Office, which is open from 10 am to 6 pm every day.
