Additional equipment and technical services

Harpa’s project managers prepare a tailored technical quote for each event, based on the programme and the client’s needs.

The cost of any additional equipment, such as sound systems for entertainment, DJs or bands, as well as the work of technicians, is added to the base hire fee. Further information can be found on pages 1–2 of the technical package. Please note that prices are indicative and subject to change.

We always recommend having a technician on site when entertainment is part of the programme. This helps ensure a professional setup and a smooth experience for guests.

Catering

All food and beverages at Harpa are provided by KH Veitingar, offering a wide selection of dishes and drinks for events and receptions. Menus are tailored to the needs of each client. Please note that guests are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages.
