In June 2010 Emmanuel was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia and in 2011 he was inducted into the Australian Roll of the Renown.
Björn Thoroddsen needs no introduction to Icelanders as he is one of the leading guitarists in the country, having worked both in Iceland and around the world, teaching masterclasses in the USA and Europe and has worked with world-famous musicians like Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Didier Lockwood, Kazumi Watanabe, Philip Catherine, Al Di Meola, Martin Taylor, Ulf Wakenius, Robben Ford and others.
