My Harpa

A photography competition for young people in Harpa.

My Harpa is a photography competition for young photographers, where they have the opportunity to photograph Harpa, the environment, events and human life in the building in their own way. Harpa and Canon are organising a photography competition among young people this summer called Mín Harpa (My Harpa). The competition ends with an award ceremony and photo exhibition in Harpa on Menningarnótt in August. There are three age groups in the competition; 6-9 years old (2014-2017) 10-14 years old (2009-2013) 15-18 years old (2004-2008) The idea of the competition is to see Harpa through the eyes of young people and give them a platform and opportunity to take pictures of the building, of human life, the environment and events. Participants can visit Harpa whenever it suits them during the building's opening hours. Submission and rules
