In addition to the Concert and Conference Centre the private partner is responsible for development of adjacent sites to the centre, including a hotel, buildings for offices and retail spaces, restaurant and a 1.600 car park. The Concert and Conference Centre, the hotel and the office buildings will be connected with indoor walkways.
